Hi My name is Monique and I am a "normal" mom of 3 with a off grid homestead. Before My family and I decided to move out of the city and be more self sufficient. I worked as a nursing assistant for 13 years. I was burnt out between work and 3 kids plus homeschooling, i needed freedom. Being off grid is not easy but with the love and support of my kids and my Fiance Chris, it helps.
